CSI Achieves PCI Compliance
CompuSystems (CSI) recently achieved PCI (Payment Card Industry) compliance. The PCI Data Security Standard developed by the major credit card companies, details security requirements for companies that store, process or transmit cardholder data. Compliance ensures that we maintain the highest information security standard to protect credit card data, preventing identity theft, safeguarding information and protecting our clients' reputations. Visa and MasterCard can impose fines of up to $500,000 per security compromise and revoke the right to process credit card transactions if your vendor is non-compliant.
