BuyerConnect - Lead Follow-up for Buyers
CompuSystems (CSI) has introduced BuyerConnect, a service that puts tradeshow lead follow-up into the hands of buyers. Any time a buyer’s badge is scanned by an exhibitor using a CSI lead retrieval device, the exhibitor’s company information is uploaded to the BuyerConnect website for the buyer to view after the show. Buyers receive an e-mail from CSI that gives them access to their personal list of exhibitors, which they can view and download at their convenience. There is no cost to buyers – and no additional cost to exhibitors – for this service.

BuyerConnect debuted at EXHIBITOR2006 and at the 2006 International Home and Housewares Show. Both shows had strong buyer participation: over 35% of the buyers from each show logged in and used the service.

Staffing Update
CSI invests significant resources hiring, training, and retaining qualified professionals. We are pleased to welcome Alan Danenberg to the CSI team as Marketing Manager. Before joining CSI, Danenberg held marketing leadership roles with Elkay Manufacturing Company and with Zenith Electronics Corp. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Illinois and an M.B.A. from J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Business at Northwestern University.
