Trade Show Executive Magazine Recognizes CompuSystems

CompuSystems has received the prestigious 2006 Innovation Award for its BuyerConnect attendee lead follow up system. The award is presented to individuals and companies in the trade show industry whose "creative energy has yielded new value for exhibitors, attendees, and the exhibition industry as a whole," according to Trade Show Executive magazine, a leading industry publication, which has sponsored the annual Innovation Awards since 2003.
"CompuSystems has taken lead retrieval and turned it upside-down and inside-out to see the possibilities from a different angle," said Darlene Gudea, publisher and editor of Trade Show Executive, when announcing the award. "They rethought the exhibitor/attendee relationship, and developed a unique solution to a common challenge."

Staffing Update
CSI is pleased to welcome Jackie MacPherson and Charlie Quick to our team as Director of Client Relations and National Sales Manager, respectively. MacPherson brings over 16 years of event management and hospitality sales experience to CompuSystems, having worked previously for Travel Technology Group and for Smith Bucklin & Associates. She has a degree in advertising and public relations from Drake University, and is a member of the Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA). This newly-created position has been designed to serve an important role in helping us achieve our goal of superior client service, by serving as our clients' internal advocate.
Quick has served in key sales roles with Lewellen & Best Exhibits, and with Coyote Exhibits & Design. He is a Certified Exhibition Manager (CEM), and holds a degree in business administration and marketing from Loras College.
