CompuSystems' (CSI's) new approach for distributing badges at a trade show, Express Badge Pickup, has made life easier for trade show exhibitors, trade show attendees and trade show management. Instead of long lines waiting to pick up badges or to print new or lost badges, Express Badge Pickup uses a program similar to the airlines new e-ticket system. The exhibitor or attendee simply presents a barcode printed out on their home computer and a badge is created instantly for their use. To read more, click here.

CSI’s popular BuyerConnect service is now available for exhibitors. Just like BuyerConnect for attendees, exhibitors receive an email from CSI after the show with their personal list of booth contacts. They can sort, print and download their contacts; and even follow up with them by sending a professional-looking HTML broadcast email right from the system. BuyerConnect is a sure way to keep your buyers and sellers connected after the show. Best of all, it’s free to attendees, exhibitors and show organizers.
BuyerConnect benefits are only for exhibitors and attendees that utilize CSI lead retrieval services.

Supporting Efforts to Improve the Environment
We’ve added several new features to our interactive reporting system that will drastically reduce the amount of time you spend generating statistical and financial registration reports for your event. The following new features are ideal for those that run the same reports numerous times:
- Save Reports. Save reports for quick and easy access any time. Just define report parameters one time and save. Saved reports can be run as often as needed with a click of the mouse!
- Multi-Report Generation. Run up to six reports simultaneously. Multiple report runs can also be saved for later use, under a single report name, and generated instantly any time.
- Report Scheduling. Schedule reports to run automatically daily, weekly or monthly, down to the hour. Reports can be automatically emailed to one or multiple recipients.

Staffing Update
CSI is pleased to welcome Rob Sarkis as Vice President, Information Technology. This IT leadership role, previously a part of COO Paul McCaffray’s responsibilities, demonstrates CSI's commitment to continuously improving its industry-leading technology platforms and infrastructure. Sarkis has an extensive resume, helping a major e-commerce division at London based Premier Farnell grow into a leading role in the electronics distribution market. He also helped ebix.com, a provider of packaged solutions to the Insurance and Insurance Brokerage industry, develop a commanding global lead. Sarkis has a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering and a Diploma in Computer Science.
In addition, Armon Haagen has joined as Vice President of Sales. Haagen is a 34 year veteran of the hospitality industry having worked for 24 years with Hyatt Hotels and Resorts in numerous sales and director of sales positions. Haagen joins CSI from LA INC. The Convention and Visitors Bureau where he was Vice President - Midwest Region Sales. Haagen brings to an extensive knowledge of sales and client relationships. Industry affiliations include PCMA, ASAE and Association Forum of Chicagoland, which recognized Armon with their Associate Member Service Award. Haagen holds a bachelor's degree in political science from Upper Iowa University.
