How do I get technical
support pre-show and post-show?
Pre-show and post-show technical support is available 8:30am - 5:00pm
CST. Our technical support phone number is 708.786.5565 Option 3.
How do I get technical support onsite?
Our technical support team is onsite throughout the show. Full
service onsite technical support is available at select times during
show set up, and during show hours each day. Simply
call the onsite service number provided with your CompuLEAD product
or visit the CompuLEAD Service desk and a technical support representative
will be happy to assist you.
How can I add my own qualification items
to my CompuLEAD device?
CompuLEAD Desktop II and CompuLEAD Mobile come equipped with 10
standard lead qualifiers (e.g. send information, needs technical
data, add to mailing list, etc.). If our 10 standard lead qualifiers
do not suit your needs, you can create up to 99 of your own product
or show specific custom lead qualifiers. For more information about

Can I order my CompuLEAD products onsite?
Yes. We provide a number of extra CompuLEAD devices onsite. However,
models and quantities are not guaranteed and will be available on
a first-come-first-serve basis only.
Do I need to pick up my CompuLEAD product?
Yes. CompuLEAD products are available at the CompuLEAD Service desk
throughout the show. To expedite the distribution process, please
be sure to bring your CompuLEAD Order Confirmation with you when
you pick-up your CompuLEAD product. If you ordered our Delivery
& Pick-Up service, your CompuLEAD device will be delivered to your
booth the day before your show opens. You will need to be at the
booth for the delivery and a demo of the product.
Am I purchasing or renting the CompuLEAD
products?
Renting. The charge is a rental fee, for one show only. The leads
that you collect at the show belong to you.
