How do I get my username/password to order a lead retrieval device online?
This information is sent via email to a company’s key contact starting approximately 6 weeks before a show starts. If you do not have your username/password, please contact an exhibitor services sales representative at (708) 786-5565.
Can I order a lead retrieval unit onsite?
Yes you can order onsite, however CSI brings a limited number of additional units. These units are available on a first-come first-serve basis, so there’s no guarantee there will be a machine available. We strongly recommend that you reserve a machine in advance.
When and where can I pick-up my lead retrieval unit?
CompuSystems will have a service desk onsite. It’s typically located by all the service providers in the exhibit hall. We will be set-up at least one day before the show opens, so you can feel free to stop-by during regular business hours to pick-up your unit. If you are unsure of your schedule and want to make sure you have your machine before the show starts, CompuSystems does offer a delivery/pick-up service for an additional fee.
Do the machines require electricity?
If you order a CompuLEAD Desktop II unit, you will need a 110v AC Circuit, with a minimum of 150 Watts of power. The CompuLEAD Mobile device is battery operated, and does not require electricity.
What is the size of the USB memory drive?
If you purchase the Electronic Leads option, the USB you will receive is 256 MB, and can hold thousands of leads.
What file format are the leads stored on the USB?
The leads are stored in a .csv file format (comma separated variable – computer data file used for storage of data structured in a table form) which is compatible with Microsoft Office applications and a variety of CRM/sales management software. Instructions for importing the leads are available on CompuSystems’ website, at https://www.compusystems.com/exhibitors-lead-dii.html.
Can I customize my lead retrieval machine?
Both the CompuLEAD Desktop and Mobile units come equipped with 10 standard lead qualifiers. For an additional charge, you can create and supply us with custom qualifiers unique to your company which CompuSystems will then program into your unit. You can create up to 99 custom qualifiers, 21 characters long, including spaces. Simply provide a list of qualifiers with your order if you are faxing it in. If you choose to order online, you can enter your qualifiers electronically after this enhancement option is ordered. If you order a CompuLEAD Desktop unit, survey questions are another method for qualifying your prospects and customizing your post-show follow-up effort. Simply provide your survey questions with your faxed order, and we will program your survey to print on the paper lead form after a badge is scanned.
I am tax exempt. How do I inform you of this when placing my lead retrieval order?
You will need to send a copy of your tax exempt form along with a hard-copy lead retrieval order form via fax. If you do not have a paper version of the lead retrieval order form, or have any questions, please contact an exhibitor services sales representative at (708) 786-5565. Orders that are tax exempt can not be accepted online.
What is BuyerConnect?
BuyerConnect is a post-show service available to all exhibitors that rented a lead retrieval machine. By using a CompuLEAD device to scan attendee badges in their booth, BuyerConnect allows Exhibitors to view and print their leads for free, send a broadcast email to all their leads, utilize post-show lead analysis reporting, and print mailing labels from their lead list. Attendees that have their badge scanned at exhibitor booths will also benefit, as they will get access to a list of the exhibitors they visited at the show. BuyerConnect is available as a web-based service, and log-in information will be sent via email.
When will I receive my lead information through BuyerConnect?
Login information for Exhibitors to access the BuyerConnect website is sent post-show via email, to the email address provided on the original lead retrieval order form. Attendees will also receive the list of exhibitors booths they visited via an email sent post-show, to the email they provided upon registering. |
