CSI Uses RFID to Provide Verified Attendance Figures

National Trade Productions (NTP) needed a reliable solution to quickly and accurately measure verified attendance on the trade show floor for Coverings 2008. Through the use of CompuSystems' (CSI) RFID technology, NTP was able to record large numbers of people entering the show floor simultaneously, while maintaining efficient onsite registration and badge generation. Lead Retrieval-Only (LRO) Services: Not All Created Equal

Of all the responsibilities a trade show organizer must attend to, finding the right way to offer lead retrieval systems for their exhibitors can be the most challenging. Through a separate LRO division, CSI caters to show organizers who perform their own registration for some or all of their events, yet still need to provide lead capturing technology for exhibitors. According to Kahle Williams, Vice President of Marketing for CSI, some of the most important qualities a show organizer should look for in a LRO provider are: size, service level, reputation and equipment standards.

Dispel the myths of LRO as you choose the proper provider to improve your trade show experience.

CSI Finds Networking Key to Lasting Relationships
CSI will once again participate in the annual American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) Meeting and Exposition, being held August 16-19, 2008, in San Diego, CA. ASAE is known for fostering a learning community for association professionals and industry partners. CSI will present tools to show managers and associations that improve the exhibitor and attendee experience before, during and after an event.

Additionally, CSI was among a select group of companies which sponsored the ECEF held June 19, 2008, in Washington DC. While helping to support this valuable industry function, sponsorship also affords CSI the opportunity to network with senior-level executives looking to enhance their events and expos.

Please contact Alan Danenberg, Director of Marketing, at alan.danenberg@compusystems.com to discuss networking opportunities.
