New Dashboards Put Organizers in the Driver's Seat
In the tradition of staying ahead of the competition, CompuSystems (CSI) unveiled its new web-based dashboards at Expo! Expo! Annual Meeting and Exhibition 2009. These new dashboards provide attendees and exhibitors a simplified and efficient way to manage a variety of key show responsibilities from one central location.

Strategies for Success
VIP Treatment for Your VIP Exhibitors
CSI understands the role your VIP exhibitors play in the success of your event. With this in mind, we have developed a comprehensive service plan to ensure that your most influential and important exhibitors receive proactive lead management solutions and the highest level of customer service.
Four months before the show we will request a list of your top twenty VIP exhibitors. Our senior product specialists will then contact them to discuss their exhibiting goals. This consultative call will include product recommendations and tips to increase booth traffic, develop qualified leads, and turn those leads into sales.
Once onsite, a CSI staff member will visit their booth and provide assistance with product set up and staff training. They will then visit their booth daily to make sure their lead retrieval systems are running smoothly. The VIP treatment continues after the event with each exhibitor receiving a follow up call from the product specialist they talked to before the show. We will offer assistance with post show lead management and our complimentary lead follow-up services.

Tweets and Posts for Your Exhibitors and Attendees
As most show organizers are now integrating social media into their show's marketing mix, CSI has compiled important show content that you can post word-for-word on your show's Twitter and Facebook accounts.
The content highlights important deadlines about registration and lead management and includes tips for exhibitors to make the most of their trade show experience. Exhibitor tweets and posts include techniques to market their company for maximum booth traffic and to develop highly qualified leads.
The key to successful social media is to provide meaningful content so your followers will stay connected, and this program will help you achieve this. CSI Introduces New Exhibitor Success Kit
In these tough economic times exhibitors need all the help they can to maximize the return on their trade show investment. For this reason, we’ve developed an Exhibitor Success Kit to help exhibitors – whatever their experience level – do a better job presenting their company’s products and services and maximizing their sales opportunities at trade shows and other special events. It’s filled with tips and tactics they can use immediately in their corporate exhibiting program. This comprehensive kit includes a wide variety of topics including:
- Setting measurable goals and objectives
- Identifying and attracting the right buyers
- Proven pre-show and onsite marketing techniques that work
- Evaluation and measurement

2009 Survey Results Add up to Continued Excellence
