When you work with CSI, you work with a company that is responsive to your needs. We manage each of our clients' events through a knowledgeable, experienced and dedicated Service Team and a proven Service Plan.
Service Team
Each event we service is assigned a service team. The team is led by an event services manager and is assisted by a service specialist in each key area of the registration process:

- Event Services Manager

- Production Coordinator
- Onsite Exhibitor Service Technician
- Onsite Registration Service Technician
The team approach maximizes effectiveness by ensuring consistent communication between team members, and also between our event services manager and the client. Our senior level management - which has an average length of registration service experience of 15 years - is actively involved in the Service Plan.
- Service Plan
- Proper planning is essential for achieving a smooth registration process. We have strict planning procedures that have been fine-tuned for over 30 years. It starts with a thorough needs analysis with the client to determine key objectives. From there a service plan is developed that contains all the detailed specifications, critical dates, and task schedules for your event. The service plan is a collaborative effort between our event services manager and client, and is executed and managed using formal project management techniques to ensure deadlines are met and objectives achieved.
