The Service Team
Each event we service is assigned a service team. The team is led by an event services manager and is assisted by a service specialist in each key area of the registration process:
- Director of customer relations
- Event services manager
- Database programmer
- Website programmer
- Financial processor
- Production coordinator
- Onsite exhibitor service technician
- Onsite registration service technician
The team approach maximizes effectiveness by ensuring
consistent communication between team members, and also between
our event services manager and the client. Our senior - level management
— which has an average length of registration service experience
of 15 years — is actively involved in the Service
Plan and Delivery.
