The Service Team
Each event we service is assigned a service team. The team is led by an account manager and is assisted by a service specialist in each key area of the registration process:
- Account manager
- Database programmer
- Website programmer
- Payment processor
- Production coordinator
- Onsite exhibitor service manager
- Onsite registration service manager
The team approach maximizes effectiveness by ensuring
consistent communication between team members, and also between
our account manager and the client. Our senior- level management
- which has an average length of registration service experience
of 15 years - is actively involved in the Service
Plan and Delivery.
