CompuSystems’ New LEADnet 360 Offers Suite of Lead Management Services for Exhibitors


Broadview, IL - May 7, 2007 - CompuSystems, Inc. has introduced LEADnet 360, cutting edge technology to help exhibitors maximize ROI and to turn qualified buyers into sales.
           
LEADnet 360 is designed as a service that show organizers can offer to their exhibitors.  It’s a comprehensive suite of lead management products and services backed by CompuSystems trained call center professionals.

LEADnet 360 has three functional elements: TrafficMax pre-show services; CompuLEAD on-site products and services; and BuyerConnect post-show promotional services.

 

TrafficMax

“TrafficMax offers e-mail broadcasting with real-time online tracking reports and opt-out management,” McCaffray continued. “There’s also a post card service where exhibitors can choose from several templates, create their message, and CompuSystems will handle fulfillment for them.”

 

TrafficMax begins with the traditional list rental service segmented into the exhibitor’s targeted audiences. “Targeted pre-show promotions can increase an exhibitor’s booth traffic by 300%, according to industry studies,” McCaffray said. “TrafficMax attendee list rental services can help exhibitors target the attendees that match the profile of their best prospects.”

 

CompuLEAD

On-site, the CompuLEAD family of products and services are designed to quickly and easily capture and qualify leads on the show floor. “Our products read trade show attendee badges and instantly print and store comprehensive sales leads,” McCaffray said.

“The CompuLEAD Desktop II features a 100 percent badge reading rate and has an integrated USB memory drive for electronic lead delivery.  In addition, our new CompuLEAD Mobile is a handheld device that captures leads anywhere and qualifies prospects with standard or custom created options.”

 

The CompuLEAD Desktop Pro PC-based system allows exhibitors to edit prospects’ information and to add unlimited notes on each record. It includes LEADlink Plus! Software, allowing exhibitors to create extensive product lists and survey questions that can be asked and tallied on the exhibit hall floor using the exhibitor’s computer.

 

BuyerConnect

Post-show, CompuLEAD recording devices will interface easily with the BuyerConnect service. This allows exhibitors to interact with show attendees by viewing and printing leads, following up with broadcast e-mails, and printing mailing labels. BuyerConnect also permits attendees to continue to interact with exhibitors by having free online access to a list of the exhibitors they visited at the show, including contact information.
