CompuSystems Announces New Service Agreement
CompuSystems (CSI) has announced that it has signed a multi-year agreement with the International Association of Exhibitions and Events (IAEE) to provide registration and lead retrieval services for the association’s annual meeting and trade show.
The agreement will take effect with the 2008 Annual Meeting and Exposition, known as Expo! Expo!, to be held in Miami, Florida in December 2008. Expo! Expo! is a unique event in the exhibition industry, providing education sessions and networking opportunities for exhibition and event managers along with suppliers in the exhibition industry.

Postcard Service Added to TrafficMax List Rental
CSI's attendee list rental and marketing service for exhibitors, TrafficMax, has been enhanced to add postcard mail fulfillment. Exhibitors can now send a professional-looking postcard to the list they select. As you may know, fulfilling a mailing is not always feasible for many exhibitors due to time constraints and/or a lack of resources. With our new service, exhibitors can send a postcard in less than 10 minutes
– without any technical expertise – in just three simple steps:
- Select a card design –exhibitors can choose from three templates themed for your show, and two card sizes.
- Add a headline, 5-7 sentences of promotional copy, and their company name and booth number.
- Preview their postcard and submit.
It’s that simple. Postcards will be fulfilled within three business days. And exhibitors don’t have to worry about design, assembly, or mailing. It’s all done for them. This service offers a variety of benefits for you, the show organizer:
- Improved list rental and marketing service for your exhibitors.
- More control over the messages your exhibitors send to your registrants. Our postcard templates feature your official show logo, show dates and times.
- Fewer exhibitors handling your attendee list. Exhibitors who use this service will not get a copy of the list they select.

Staffing Update
CSI is pleased to welcome Shaun Pirrera as Director of Client Relations. In his role, Pirrera will focus on the day-to-day management of his clients’ needs, ensuring that they are provided with superior customer service. This position builds on the success of the 2006 addition of Jackie MacPherson in a comparable role. Pirrera joins CSI with nearly 12 years of industry experience. Most recently he served as the Vice President of Client & Sales Services for Travel Technology Group (TTG). Prior to TTG he was a planner for SmithBucklin and McGettigan Partners. Pirrera has a Bachelors degree in Communications.
In addition, Dave Warden has joined the company as Vice President of Internal Operations. Warden will be responsible for the leadership of the infrastructure units responsible for transaction processing and production. Warden has managed operations for diverse client-facing organizations such as Hewitt, Healthstar Communications, PricewaterhouseCoopers and IBM. Warden has a BS in Operations Management, and an MBA from Northern Illinois University.
