CASE STUDY
System Integration Improves Membership Validation

The Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS) faced the challenge of having up-to-date membership status information available at the time of registration for its 2008 conference. Through the integration of two systems, members were able to register for the conference via Internet or onsite, validate membership status or become a member instantaneously without additional human interaction.

Read more about how CompuSystems, Inc. (CSI) used web services technology to help HIMSS speed up membership validation and registration in real time.

CSI Participates in Exhibitor Briefing

The National Mining Association welcomed CSI to a Meet and Greet, held as part of the MINExpo International 2008 Exhibitor Briefing, January 25, 2008, in Las Vegas. More than 100 exhibitors were in attendance where we gained different perspectives and expressed ideas on ways to execute a successful exposition. CSI provided expert assistance in helping exhibitors better understand the tools they make available to increase booth traffic, collect comprehensive sales leads, and send professional post-show marketing messages to the people who stop by their booth.

CSI encourages all of its clients to consider these kinds of meetings, and welcomes occasions to present information on our services and products. Please contact Alan Danenberg, Director of Marketing, at alan.danenberg@compusystems.com to discuss future speaking opportunities.

Exhibitor Surveys Go Green; Move from Paper to Online
CSI entered into a partnership with Exhibit Surveys Inc., an exhibition and event research company. On behalf of CSI, they are conducting third-party, post-show, Internet-based surveys of those exhibitors who have rented our lead retrieval products and services, and assisting us to better understand their experiences, wants, and needs.

"While we've used paper surveys to solicit feedback in the past, partnering with Exhibit Surveys will further ensure the reliability of the results, allowing us to conduct more in-depth surveys and enhance our service levels," said Kahle Williams, Vice President of Marketing for CSI. “Moving the surveys online also decreases our corporate footprint which further supports our company’s ongoing green effort.”
