1. Leads on Disk
The Leads on Disk feature allows
the exhibitor to transfer the sales lead data to a 3.5" floppy
disk at the end of the tradeshow. The data will be provided in an ASCII
comma and quotes delimited format along with the simple step-by-step
instructions on how to import the data directly into a database manager
or word processing system. The data will include not only the name and
address information collected from the attendee's registration form, but
the qualifier profile codes associated with the person.
2. Custom Lead
Qualifiers
The Custom Lead Qualifiers
feature allows the exhibit representatives to program qualifiers right
into the CompuLEAD Recorder. Custom lead Qualifiers allow
the exhibit representatives to specify what the prospect is interested in and to qualify
the prospect in ways that are unique to their company. After the badge
is swiped, the CompuLEAD Recorder will prompt the user to enter the qualifiers.
The Custom Lead
Qualifiers will print on the Lead Form, along with the name and address
information. And if the Leads on Disk
option is purchased, all the data will be stored on the disk as
well. The Recorder will hold in excess of 50 qualifiers -
each up to 21
characters long. Custom Lead Qualifiers are conveniently displayed in a
window on the CompuLEAD Recorder.
3. Electronic
Business Card
The Electronic
Business Card feature allows the exhibit representatives to include
their Business Card data at the top of each Lead Form. This way, the
company representative and the prospect will have the same contact
information; both will have a record of the conversation and will be in
a position to contact each other. The CompuLEAD
will hold up to 20 lines of Business Card data - 51 characters long.
Business Card information can be programmed for one salesperson working
the exhibit booth or split amongst a few.
4. Electronic Survey
The Electronic Survey feature
allows the exhibit representatives to build a custom survey right into
the CompuLEAD Recorder. Once programmed, the survey will print on each Lead Form. This
allows the exhibit representative to move freely about the booth and complete the Survey
at their own pace, according to how the prospect responds to the
questions. The
prospect's registration and demographic information also appears on
the Lead. This enhancement is extremely versatile and useful. 5.
PC Compatible Lead Recorder
CompuLEAD's
serial communications capability allows exhibitors the option to send
visitor data, along with its qualifiers, to any existing PC or Macintosh
system. CompuSystems offers software for this purpose, but exhibitors must supply
their own PCs. |
