I lost my badge, how do I order a new one?
When you arrive at the show, bring your registration confirmation e-mail with you to the registration counter. A badge will be re-printed for you.
What is the Refund and Cancellation Policy?
For a full refund, written cancellations must be received no later than Friday, March 7, 2014. After March 7, all approved refunds are subject to a US $75 administration fee. Cancellations will not be accepted after Friday, March 7, 2014, and registration fees will not be refunded after the meeting begins. Send written cancellation requests to: Show Management, 2805 25th St, Broadview, IL 60155.
Can my spouse or child attend the show? If so, what is the cost?
A spouse or guest over 18 must register as an Exhibit Hall Attendee and receive a badge in order to enter the show floor at the McCormick Place. The cost for Exhibit Hall Only registration is $20. No one under 18 years of age may enter the show floor under any circumstances. Show management reserves the right to request proper identification at any time.
Do I need to qualify and present credentials to attend the show? If so, what credentials are required?
No, you do not need to present credentials to attend. The Builder Show is open to the public.
I did not receive a confirmation, am I registered?
If you did not receive a confirmation e-mail, please log in to your registration and click “EDIT REGISTRATION” or call The Builder Show Registration Customer Service at 708/555-1212.
How can I update or change my registration information?
You can update your registration information by returning to the registration web site and click on the "edit registration" button, or you may call The Builder Show Registration Customer Service at 708/555-1212 to update your registration over the phone.
Can I register if I am not a member?
Yes, registration is open to the public.
How do I acquire a VISA Letter?
If you select a country other than 'United States' or 'Canada' you will be asked if you will require an Invitation Letter. If you do require a letter, you will need to provide additional information about yourself.
How do I make a Group Registration (5 or more registration records)?
When you register online, you will be given the option to "add another" or "submit registration". Click on "add another" and repeat the registration process for the new registrant. When you are finished entering registrations, click on "submit registration" to continue to the payment page and complete your session.
