If you need to cancel your registration, you may do so for a full refund, less a $150 nonrefundable service charge until January 2, 2015. Please send your cancellation in writing to email@example.com. Registrants who do not cancel in writing by the published date will be charged and will be liable for the full registration fee. Cancellation requests after 1/2/15 cannot be processed. If you are unable to participate in the event, we recommend sending an associate in your place.
Refund and Cancellation Policy - Refunds for registration, education courses, and certification packages, and other courses, less a $10 administrative fee will be made if the request is RECEIVED IN WRITING BY January 30, 2015. NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE AFTER THAT DATE. HPBA and CompuSystems will not accept a cancellation/refund request over the phone. All refunds will be processed after the show in the HPBA office. No refunds for registration, education courses, certification packages, and other courses will be made for payments received onsite.
