If you registered by September 13 your name badge and badge holder will be mailed to you prior to the conference. If you registered for a Separate-Fee Workshop on Tuesday, November 4, a ticket will be inside your badge holder and your badge will be coded accordingly.
Registration fees are non-refundable after Friday, October 10; only substitutions will be permitted. Cancellations received prior to Friday, October 10 will incur a $75.00 processing charge. Telephone cancellation is not accepted; certified mail is recommended. Refunds will be issued in the same manner in which payment was received. When submitting a refund request, please include the name and registration ID of each registrant, the name of the organization, or person receiving the refund, and the mailing address of where to send the refund. Cancellation requests may be mailed to NAEYC Annual Conference Refunds, c/o CompuSystems, Inc., 2805 South 25th Avenue, Broadview, IL 60155-4531.

Cancellation: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing on or before August 28, 2014 (5:00 pm Central Time) to receive a refund. A $395 administrative fee will be deducted from all cancellation refunds. Approved refunds will be processed after the conference. Cancellation requests received after September 4, 2014 will NOT be honored. Email cancellation requests to BD_Registration@bio.org.
Substitution: You may make changes to your record or transfer your registration to another individual by clicking on the URL provided in your confirmation email. This feature is available up until your name badge is printed on-site.
'BIO Coupon Codes' are provided to students of the 11th Annual World Congress on Industrial Biotechnology, to sponsors and committee members who have worked on the event in a volunteer capacity.
Biotechnology Industry Organization (BIO) members pay significantly less to attend and participate in all of our conferences - including the BIO International Convention.
