Contactless Safe Event Plan

Getting tradeshows back up and running is our top priority. Since the onset of the Coronavirus pandemic, we have been working diligently to help position show organizers to re-open their events while adhering to new, stricter safety rules and regulations.

We developed a comprehensive plan, a Contactless Safe Event, that will allow us to deliver registration and lead retrieval with the least amount of person-to-person contact.

  • Contactless registration solutions. This includes options for at-home name tag printing, virtual badges that can be added to Apple Wallet or Google Pay, and onsite name tag printing via on-demand, contactless printers, staggered check-in times for badge pickup, and occupancy management for the convention hall and session rooms.
  • Contactless lead retrieval solutions. This includes a self-serve, contactless badge scanning kiosk that exhibitors can place anywhere in their booth. Attendees can walk up to the kiosk and scan their virtual badge. 
  • Strict registration area safety guidelines and protocols. This includes extensive company-wide training on infectious diseases and screening protocols, the use of personal protective equpment (PPE), and enhanced cleaning and sanitizing of equipment and registration areas.
  • Onsite Waiver App. This powerful app can easily capture electronic liability waivers from your registrants quickly, securely, and without the use of paper. Available January of 2021.
